The Scallywag Code

​Our mission is to increase the welfare of canines and the individuals who care for them within our communities through transformative education, empathy, joy, and science based positive reinforcement training.

• We believe that EVERY "Scallywag" dog, no matter breed, behavior, or background, should be given a chance to live a happy and fulfilled life. 

• We aim to provide accessible and equitable education in dog behavior and training both in-person and virtually so that everyone has a fair chance of living in harmony with their furry family member.

• We are passionate about continuing education and research that can bring us closer in understanding ourselves, our dogs, and the natural world around us. We are tirelessly dedicated to debunking myths surrounding misunderstood breeds, especially bully breeds. By combining a professional background in cinema, storytelling, anthropology, and animal behavior, we are excited to continue research on creating entertaining yet responsible content, media, and film of these misunderstood breeds for the masses.
